Installation failure

We had our nbn and internet installation done today after being without internet for three weeks.
It’s not working- it hasn’t worked. I’ve spent over two hours on phone calls to tpg today and have not resolved this.
This afternoon I waited for an hour and was then transferred to a recorded message. Tonight I waited for over N hour and a half and still did not get through.
I’m desperate to get this installation running. I won’t be paying this and I may have to seek out another provider. I went to tpg as it was recommended but I’m pretty dissatisfied from the word go.
