Installation incomplete

I am unable to access my landline number that I ported to TPG last month. Its over 3o days with no incoming calls to my business. Have called TOG multiple times to no avail. Can someone from Porting team with Actual technical knowhow help please? This is rediculous

We responded to your initial post located here we can confirm that the issue with the porting is still in progress and under assessment by one of our complaints resolution case manager. You will be contacted by the case manager as soon as update becomes available.

Hi Shane,

 

I have recieved an email saying installation is complete now. But when I try to call the landline now its saying call failed styraight away. I am still able to do outgoing calls and internet is still working. Please resolve this.
