Installation technician did not show up, no communication

I waited all day yesterday for installer to turn up

Got no calls or txt when can I expect to be connected I need to be connected asap so I can work from home next week

Hi @Macky200 , we apologise for what happened. Please send us a private message with your TPG customer ID, username and complete address so we can pull up the account and look into this.

What is the point in sending the information when there is nothing you can do

I just called and apprently you as tpg can't do anything as it is a NBN co issue and I have to wait at least 2 more days before you can tell me what is going on

Hi @Macky200, we can see that you have been in touch with one of our specialists. At this point, we haven't received any update from  NBN Co. yet, but our Provisioning Team made another follow up to check why the technician did not show up.
