Installation timeframe

Hi there,

We moved house and signed up to TPG a month ago, received an email on the 25 March that installation would be complete within 2 days and we didn’t need to be home - have checked periodically and we are still not connected. No response with the customer service chat so wondering how much longer we are expected to wait? Appreciate it’s challenging times at the moment but having to wfh and being quarantined, we’ve had to constantly top up our mobile credit to get by. The place has been connected previously and doesn’t need a manual installation as far as we have been told.
