NBN installation issue

I am a new NBN user trying to connect my service.

  • 20/4 - received my NBN equipment and activation SMS, connected everything however 2 left blue lights NCD are off
  • 21/4 - engaged TPG chat support who arranged NBN technician 
  • 23/4 - NBN technician attended and diagnosed equipment issue in the street pit - faulty DPU
