Hello, 

I already have an NBN jack at my unit and it's been one month since I joined.

When will I get the NBN activated? If I have an NBN jack already installed I shouldn't need an installer?

If you have the NBN NTD and modem connected, then you should be eligible for a remote activation. However, there are some cases that additional action is required. Can you please send me your TPG account details privately, so I can check the order status?
