Hi, I am just wanting confirmation on the progress of my installation for nbn fttc, I received my tpg modem and nbn modem on Friday the 3rd of April and have had them connected since, I have received my txt message saying to connect these, I followed the instructions and got them double checked to confirm all cords are correctly connected, I contacted tpg which said to continue to wait which I have been since then with no other confirmation, I check the install tracker and it just tells me that my install is in progress and tpg will keep me updated, which I have had no updates other then when I try and make contact, I just would like any information thankyou

NBN installations are taking some extra delays due to COVID-19,

We are still waiting from NBN response,

We will advice you when service is ready,
