My name is Nicholas Walkinshaw and I recently purchased a TPG internet package as I'm planning on moving into a new property on the 23/8. I had changed the original date of installation to match this date so I'm able to be present on the day to allow the technician access to the property. I received an email today saying that the day of installation has changed to now be the 12th of August. So I went on to your website to try and change it back to that date and it's saying that it's not possible. Is there a way for my installation date to be changed back to the 23/8 so I can be present and allow access to the technician.
