All of sudden my internet connection is so slow. Ive checked nbn web site if my area is under work. But its not, how can i check my area internet status?

Let us check the status of the connection and get this fixed. Send your details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file), also confirm the troubleshooting you have performed.

We tested the line and was not able to detect any issues within the network.

Are you testing the speed via WiFi or Wired connection?

May we know the current speed that you are getting?
