Internet connection not working

I have moved house and have just connected my new NBN box and received a text from TPG confirming the connection however my internet is not working. What should I do next?

I am able to pull up your account using your community details. I can confirm that your service relocation has been completed. Also, based on our remote testing, your connection has been active for more than a day now.
