Internet (via NBN) has been down for all TPG residents in our building for five days. How can issue be fixed?

We were able to locate your account using your community details and learned that your service is currently affected by an NBN network outage.


We've checked it with them and we were advised that a fibre break has caused the issue with the service that affects multiple NBN customers in the area. Their Field Services are currently experiencing a shortage in available technicians which is why they weren't able to fix the fault over the weekend.


They are aiming to arrange a technician today to restore the service. We've lodged this with our outage monitoring team and they'll be in touch via SMS or phone call once an update is available.
