Internet is not working

Hi,
I don’t know why internet is not working for the hold day.
The internet light of the wifi will suddenly be turn off for every 15 minutes.
What can I do for the problem?

We've tested the line and learned that there's a possible fault within the NBN line.

This has been raised to our Engineering team for further investigation and request for an NBN technician if needed.

 

Updates will be provided via SMS or phone call within 24 to 48 hours.
