Internet issue

Having a problem with the internet almost 2 month and have 4 different nbn technician visited and none of them can gave me what is the problem with my internet but keep saying that it’s the nbn outage problem and before the nbn outage problem my internet is running very slow and can’t resolve this problem for me and my ticket number(12088617) still open till now. FRUSTRATING using the service now.

This ticket number that you quoted has been resolved 2 days ago. I believe that your service speed was tested and the speed results were passing. I can have a tech specialist to give you a ring today to conduct further testing. Can you share to me your latest speed test results via wired and wireless connection?

No the problem is not resolving . I still have to call up to tpg regarding the lost of connectivity of my internet whereby I call just now the internet keep dropping down and I just keep paying the internet fees but not getting any internet service for 2 month

I believe that you have spoken with our tech specialist regarding your speed issue. Apparently, there is a network activity since 23rd of Mar and nbn has identified a performance issue with one or more of the impacted services and will be proactively undertaking optimisation activities to work to resolve the issue. At the moment, there is no estimated time of service restoration.
