I have a message : Your NBN service is awaiting activation. Your required to connect your NBN Modem. I have a Huawei HG659 Modem - Home Gateway , also have the FTTC NBN connection device, all the lights are blue and working. I have connected as per instructions on your website. The light on the modem does not have come up with Internet?
