Internet not working

My internet isnt working the WLAN light isnt on, can someone please help me

Hi @Jedkaiser,

You will probably find that you have accidently bumped your WLAN button on your modem.

Look for the WLAN light on the modem make sure it is either solid or a blinking light. If it doesn’t press the WLAN button that should be located somewhere on your modem.

What is the make and model of your modem?
