Get online support
First my TPG DSL is faulty 3 weeks and all the tech support are "busy"
I cancelled my TPG account. TPG ignored my cancellation and took 39.99 anyway.
Then I get TPG NBN installed. Second day it fails.
Then a tech comes to fix it and says he cant work out how it is installed. But tells me its fixed.
Next day its faulty again.
Days later the tech who is supposed to come and fix it doesnt show up or call after sending me an SMS to confirm the appointment.
At this moment 2.45pm we are waiting again for another tech to show up and fix it.
No TPG internet for 5 weeks. And they keep debitting my card.
When will its be working or do I seriously have to take legal action. TPG are subject to Australian law. If I do take legal action TPG will be paying costs.
DO SOMETHING TPG ITS NOT THAT HARD.
