No installation for 4weeks

Hi,

I have paid for NBN installation 4weeks ago, and it's 5th week now.

Paid $100 and no internet for a month.

I have received the message that a staff(representative) will call to make an appointment for installation, but has not been received any contact.

I am working as a health professional, and really need the internet connetion.

How long should I wait for the installation?
