Seeking clarification whether or not this is a genuine TPG email address.

It appears this may be spam phishing email, seeking confirmation. 

The request is in relation to providing confidential information "A Proof of Occupancy Document" (POD) along with a series of questions regarding your resident status...

This is an email address for our Provisioning Team in regards to installation.

This is where we require the "Proof of Occupancy Document" (POD) to be sent if there is a need for verification or confirmation of the service installation address. 

Do you have an ongoing install order?

Monday - Friday: 8am - 8pm
