Is this a scam message or not?

Hi all. I received a SMS that sent by a private number, calling him/herslf TPG and asking me to watch a tutorial video about internet installation.
I think it might be a scam message because the link is 'link.tpg.com.au', which seems very similar but yet not the tpg official site. However, I'm not sure for 100%, especially since I was reminded by your phone centre member that TPG would send me a installation-related message few hours ago.
Could you please help me to tell what should I do now with this SMS? Is this a scam or not?

 Hi @gisellew 

My understanding is that instructional videos are sometiems smsed to customers to help with NBN installations.
