LAN & Ip Phone Connection ssue

After NBN Connection I only have wifi connection.

My ip Phone and LAN connection not working

When did the issue start? And what troubleshooting have you done so far? Have you tried using a different LAN port on your modem/router? What is the brand name of your modem/router?
