Landline can't receive calls.

I have had my new TPG modem connected since the 20th March and today I still can not receive calls, however I am able to make calls and use the internet. I have checked the setup and it is all ok. I have checked my TPG installation progress and it says it is still progressing. Should it take this long??? I did port my number over from Telstra but that should only take 5 workings days and it has been longer.

I would really like to be able to recieve calls since it is included in the plan I am on.

I would also like you to check that my phone number is private.

Can you help me please?
