Lodging fault

I lodged a fault via the app on 18 Feb 24 re no service due to lines down on the "pole" outside my house. Ive had no respone from TPG at all. I followed up, via the app, requesting a "restoration of Service" stillno response. Today is day 5 of no service and no contact.
Any suggestions of what to do next?
