Migrating to NBN from ADSL with 7 months existing contract

I currently have ADSL with TPG and have 7 months remaining on my contract.
I want to get NBN as soon as it is available at my address - expected within 2 months.

I do NOT want to start an entire new 18 month contract upon migrating to the NBN.

Is it possible for me to go on a "no-lock in" option once I migrate to the NBN, keeping in mind I still have months left on ADSL contract? I would be happy to commit to at least the remaining 7 months, however starting the 18 months again is unsuitable.
