Missed a call back

Missed a call after waiting all day! Called back a 1300 number provided and automated message says wait time over 1hr! I selected to be called back and was told by message call back would be 1hr 5 mins . It’s now been 1hr45mins. Worst service I’ve had from tpg

I got called back and spent another 30mins on the phone. Turns out the test they did was the same test the did 2 days ago and now they are ordering an on-site technician for as early as Thursday next week! This should have been order two days ago. Would never have signed on with tpg if I knew the service would be this bad
