Missing nbn box

Hello,
I have ordered tpg nbn upgrade and a technician is scheduled to come over from tpg but I haven't received the nbn box.
How do I get the nbn box delivered?

Hi Satchwan,

I have checked with nbn and adress is Unit 2, 25 Clyde Street is that's same as  25b Clyde Street, right? I have also noted that nbn technician is booked for Tuesday, 21 April 2020,between 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM  and you don't need to worry about nbn ncd because nbn technician will bring it with him, in your case we provide  router and nbn provide nbn ncd.
