Hi,
I have recently moved into a property and the NBN installation is progressing.
However I have been told by tpg that the nbn has been connected and activated however i do not have a NBN connection box. How can i get this installed/received via post?

Please send me this and it seems like I just need to plug it into the wall as it would appear I have the external NBN box that is on the outside of the building I just need the one that's inside the of the house (NBN connection box) that connects to the AC1600 directly.
