Modem Delivery

Hi
I was advised via email yesterday that my modem and NCD had been released to the courier for a delivery today.
The tracker shows that that the courier does NOT have the parcel.
Could you please inform me of what is going on as this is the second misleading email I have had.

Hi @Skeleton ,

 

Thanks for raising this to us. Can you post the screen shot of the tracking result? We tried to check it in our end it shows the shipment of modem/router and the NCD is now in transit.

The standard delivery time frame for the modem and NCD is 1-2 business days if within the Metro area and
2-4 business days if outside the Metro area.

Let me know should you require further assistance.
