Hi,
StarTrack bungled the delivery of our NBN modem (2 failed deliveries listed in their tracker at times when we were all at home self-isolating, then a post office pick-up note dropped in our mailbox on the 'please collect before' date) and it's being returned to sender.
Will the modem be sent again once you guys get it back? Hoping to receive it before our set installation date on April 14th.
