Modem Re Delivery

Hi There,

I missed the modem delivery due to holiday overseas, which CID is xxxxxxx. If someone can organise modem delivery again. Thanks a lot.

Using your community details, I was able to pull up your TPG account. As discussed over the phone, I have already submitted the request to reship your modem. You will be notified on this thread regarding the confirmation of the request.

Your modem has been dispatched via Startrack. I have sent an SMS providing you  the consignment number for your reference.

 

Should you wish to check the delivery status, you may access Startrack's website at http://www.startrack.com.au or you may contact them by dialing 132345.
