Modem clicking

My tpg modem is making a clicking sound. Did all troubleshooting as per tpg website still there is no connection. The phone1, internet and DSL light is off.
The Dlink light is flicking.
Did the reset but still the modem is still clicking.
The TPG account is in my husband's name - Shiu Karan.
Please advise how to resolve this issue
