My nbn is being connected on Wednesday and I haven't received any information on the status of the modem or if it has been sent. What happens if the modem doesn't arrive in time . And how do I find out if it has been sent

The parcel was sent today and an email notification was sent to the registered email address with its consignment number that you may use to track via Star track.
