Hi,
I received an email 3 days ago with the link which states the modem was delievred and at the delivery depot. However I dont have any notification of where that is. Can you asit. NBN have come and made the connection. But no modem = no internet.

Hi Merv,
Currently Australian post experiance high volume of delivery so that might reason but you can also track your parcel via https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track using consignment for latest update. Usually We send equipment based on payment clearance but any issue let me know.
