I’ve raised request on 24/11 for my moving house on 8/12. As of today (11/12) I still haven’t received any response from TPG, and the NBN service has not been activated! I'm unable to reach any telephone help from the hotline or technical support.
Could you please get back to me in this regard ? Unfortunately if I don't hear from TPG in the next 3 days, I will contact TIO and enforce an immediate termination of all services without the obligation to pay the early termination exit fee.
