We recently moved and had our new NBN service connected, by us, modem etc, and working fine within days of the move. For some reason I am now getting emails and texts from TPG saying a technician is coming out to connect the service. Phone calls made stated that NBN Co has not closed the "order" so that is the problem. Help, we had the smoothest move ever and now I don't want to waste a technician's time.
