I am moving home. The online form does not include a date. I have tried unsuccessfully for three days to have it confirmed that my nbn installation will not be carried until my move date of Friday 8 May 2020.
I have been cut off from over 5 phone calls and then contacted on a phone line that has intereference and I can not even hear the caller.
I spoke to a technician who advised thay had logged my nbn installation date on the system however no one has called to confirm or emailed me. I keep on getting messages to advise the new installation has occurred.
I am concerned that my current nbn will be turned off. I have three children I need to home school and I need my current connection to be maintained.
