I have requested a move from my current FTTB supplied home to my new home with NBN (coax). I was advised to send an E-Mail to to email@example.com. I did so on the 03/04/2020. I have since contacted the chat support 3 times to no avail (ticket created no action). As I cannot use the online moving request (no possible for FTTB) I need support urgently. I'm very disappointed in TPG's handling of this so far. Please help.
