I have requested a move from my current FTTB supplied home to my new home with NBN (coax). I was advised to send an E-Mail to to relocation@tpg.com.au. I did so on the 03/04/2020. I have since contacted the chat support 3 times to no avail (ticket created no action). As I cannot use the online moving request (no possible for FTTB) I need support urgently.
