Moving House- when will I be connected

When will my NBN be connected at my new property???
Extremely quick to take payment for relocation fees but CAN NOT get any update via phone or ridiculous chat!

The property is NBN ready and previous owner had a connection. We have bought our modem etc with us as advised... why is it taking so long?

Hi Rajan,
I have the same problem.
My internet is not working. I recently moved to another house. The installation shows it is in progress for the past 10 days. My details are -
