I have submitted a moving home request 5 days ago and have called multiple times and tried to chat multiple times with no luck. I have emailed multiple times as well and have not gotten a single reply. How is TPG so incompetent at their jobs. If this isnt resolved soon im just gonna sign up for a different provider and tell my bank to reject any tpg payments. Unnacceptable service!!!
