I registered to set up NBN with TPG yesterday and have an installation date of 07/05/2020. You have ported my phone number before I have even received the modem let alone have NBN set up. Optus have disconnected my account as you have ported the number.
Can you please arrange an interim ADSL2 connection for me to use until my NBN is set up in a week?

Unfortunately an interim service is not possible.
If you are qualified for NBN, ADSL is no longer an option and is finished.
There is also a new ''TPG Mobile APP'' to help you with various trouble shooting and account issues, via a mobile phone app.
