I have been promised that someone will call me back 3 times in the past 2 weeks, but still noone called me. I have accepted the T&C and provided my credit card details on the phone with the relocation team for my order. I need to know whether my order has been processed as I’m moving to my new address next Monday. If noone from TPG wants to contact me today, I will file a formal legal complaint case with Ombudsman and find another Internet provider right away. Please have someone to contact me today ASAP.
