Moving home

I asked for help with moving home, but it was not resolved, I have waited more than 3 weeks since the request for moving home. I'm very disappointed. Last Saturday,I have received an email from you to confirm the installation request, from 24 hours to 48 hours to process, but what now? nothing !!
