Hi, i recieved my modem in the mail but no network connection device, can you please advise if this will be delivered seperate or if it will come with the technition when they do the install?

Thanks for your PM. With an NBN FTTN service your modem will plug directly into your phone socket. There is no need for an NBN NCD - Network Connection Device. (See image below)
