Moving house no response from TPG

I am moving to a new premise in two weeks and have had no success in getting any response from TPG. The one time I managed to get through to the online chat service, I was told the staff were not qualified to assist me with relocating my internet service. I was told to email relocation@tpg.com.au for a response within 24 hours. It has been 8 days and I have received no response/follow up. 

 

Please let me know what the process is or if I should just cancel my internet service with TPG.
