I have received an email from Marjorie at the TPG Helpdesk with information regarding setting up my service. I don’t know how many times I have to say this, but I DO NOT HAVE A ROUTER or PHYSICAL LANDLINE PHONE!!!! I have explained this right from setting up my service and to several other people several times!!!

Your modem/router has been shipped today. Normally it will take 2-3 business days to arrive. When your equipment arrives, then plug it in and your service should be active.
Also you don't need to keep creating new forum threads you can just reply in a thread.
