My modem has red light flashing and clicking sounds since the storm last night.
NBN connection checked and it is fine no outage.
Modem switched off for 5mins and on multiple times without help.
Reset buttons pressed too no use.
Tried to call the helpdesk I was told the wait is over 50mins
