MyAccount NBN configuration Settings not updated

NBN installed and sort-of working however My Account NBN Configuration page has not been updated with our static IP or subnet address.

 

Anyone know how this is updated?

 

I suspect the lack of details is causing our subnet to be deleted from BGP tables.....

 

Any suggestions welcome

TPG support unable to respond in timely manner - even allowing for Covid-19
