I have received my modem over a week ago and when I track my installation it shows "Your installation is progressing.
We’re working hard on getting the service available for you. We'll keep you posted on the progress!"
No DSL Light and no Internet Lights are on.
Any idea on when this will get activated? I need to work from home due to covid19 and really need this activated ASAP.
I just spoke to Helen through NBN Chat and she said she was going to have to involve my case manager. I waited over 2 hours and then they disconnected the chat.
