I ordered NBN internet installation with TPG almost a month ago, and I have had so many issues.
I have finally received a modem, however no NBN box.
I have contacted NBN directly and two workers have told me that TPG have not even contacted NBN to organise an NBN box, NBN connection OR installation.
I have paid a set up fee and first month of internet ($189.95) and have waited a month, only to find that TPG have not even contacted NBN to organise the box and set up.
I need the internet to work from home, and am very frustrated by this. I have called TPG multiple times and every time am hung up on.
