NBN Cancellation

Hi, I’ve been trying to contact TPG for the better part of the last 3-4 weeks using your online chat option-I’ve has absolutely no luck.

I need my NBN cancelled ASAP. I haven’t used my service since 13/03 having relocated to a new property. Your phone line and my account portal have provided no options to help me cancel my service and incur no further fees.

The new entire I’ve moved into doesn’t support NBN.
Also I’m disappointed with my inability to contact your team for the last 3 weeks..:you’re online chat always states that you’re operators are busy and for me to try later.
